Registration is next Saturday 29th August from 10am to about 12 noon. Coaches from every age category (in Mini’s) will be there to answer any questions you or your child may have.

print it out and bring completed form with you.
Please check / correct / update / fully complete and sign the registration forms in advance to save time, as it will be a very busy morning with in excess of 400 kids expected to register.
Please ensure that you complete ALL parts of the form in clear BLOCK CAPITALS so that this information can then be transferred to our database without errors. If possible we are also asking that this year the new postcode is entered as part of the address (see www.eircode.ie if you don’t yet know your postcode).
The reverse of the form also details the ‘Code of Conduct’ both for Parents and Players. Please take the time to read through this with your child and both parent & child are asked to sign acceptance of the Code of Conduct.
If this is your child’s first time registering with Corinthians, please also bring a PHOTOCOPY of your child’s birth certificate. NOT AN ORIGINAL as we will need to retain the copy.
Registration fees (for individual child OR family membership) are shown on the form and are unchanged from last year. For best price we encourage payment by Cash or Cheque.Unfortunately card payment incurs an additional 2% charge.
We welcome you and your child to the Club and hope to see you both there on Saturday.
Training then commences the following week, Saturday 5th September.
