A date for Your Diary
On Saturday the 5th of November Corinthians RFC are hosting a Super Saturday event with the Junior Team taking on Creggs followed by the first Team taking on Malone at 5pm in Corinthian Park in the Ulster Bank League followed an After Match Dinner at the Club and to round off hopefully an excellent day, Ireland face the All Blacks. There will also be an opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of the Club and All are welcome.

The Draw for our fundraising venture takes place on 3rd of December at the Club house after the Sunday’s Well Game.
Firsts
The Firsts were away to Queens University Belfast on Saturday last but were beaten 42-12. Next Weekend they are at home to Malone. Kick Off is at 5pm this Saturday NOT 2.30 as is usually the case. Please note change of time.
Seconds
The Seconds were beaten by Tuam at the weekend 23-20 with the scores coming from Conor Varley who scored two and Craig Hansberry. Peter Hanna kicked a penalty and a conversion.

The Thirds came away from Clifden on Saturday with nothing as the game was abandoned.

Under 14’s
Corinthians U14 had a comfortable win over Buccaneers at the weekend scoring three tries in the first half and two tries in the second in a 33-0 win. The tries in the first half came from Gavin Lee, Adam Madden and Ruben Davitt and in the second half Ruben Davitt scored again and the final try was scored by Ryan Hanly. Bryan Casburn converted four of the five tries.
Everyone who turned up got a game. The bench was emptied in the second half. The Corinthians defence and tackling were outstanding.
The Under 14’s now have the week off with their next game on Saturday the 12th of November at Home to Sligo at 1.30. There will be no Under 14 training this Wednesday with Connacht development Training in Corinthians from 10am until 1pm.
Under 15’s
The Under 15’s had no game last weekend but are back in action this Saturday away to Monivea.
Girls Rugby
Some excellent news this week with the announcement that Corinthians Under 15 Girls have been selected to lead out the Ireland and New Zealand teams for the Women’s national on November the 27th. The team have a match on Saturday next against Ballinasloe in Ballinasloe at 12 Noon. Corinthians RFC are still looking for new players for both the U13’s & U15’s girls teams
